I love food. I love eating food. I love cooking food. I love the smell of food. As redundant as it may be, I could not imagine life without food. In these pages, you are invited to join me as I live a life of gluttony. Call it an ezine, call it a foodie blog, call it an exercise in self indulgence; it matters not. I’ll share restaurants, recipies, techniques, equipment and whatever else comes up along the way. Whether it be bacon wrapped hot dogs from a Tijuana street vendor, a steaming pot of Belgian mussels, LA’s most celeb-ridden sushi bar or anything above, beyond or in between, it has a good chance of showing up. All the while, I’ll take full advantage of the internet and babble on as I see fit.

Welcome.
